Customers can pause or cancel subscriptions with 7 days notice. For corporate clients we offer rotation schedules and display picks to keep installations fresh. Subscriptions support sustainable sourcing because they allow us to plan purchases and reduce waste by ordering stems in predictable volumes.
How to order
For single orders and bespoke requests, please contact our studio with event date, delivery address, and any reference images. For subscriptions, use the contact form or request a callback to confirm start date and frequency. Payments are taken by card or bank transfer and we issue an invoice for every order. For time-sensitive deliveries confirm availability early to secure the best seasonal stems. Our team will follow up with confirmation, tracking, and care guidance once an order is placed.
